Currently all Equestrian Lifestyle items are being shipped for $10. Orders over $75 before tax qualify for free shipping within Canada and the US.
If you are purchasing items from outside of Canada, there may be fees or taxes associated with importing goods. Please check with your customs department for details.
International orders are welcome. Shipping starts at $10. Contact us for quote!
Shipping Policy
We’re proud to deliver equestrian-inspired apparel across Canada and beyond. Below you'll find all the details on how your Equestrian Lifestyle order is packed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS). Equestrian Lifestyle® is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges:
You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange.
Items must be in original condition.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
